NG Bailey wins college maintenance contract

NG Bailey has been awarded a contract to provide maintenance services to Hartlepool College.

The company’s Facilities Services division has been contracted for 12 months to provide a maintenance package for all of the mechanical and electrical (M&E) services in the building.

The college is based in the heart of Hartlepool’s town centre and recently moved into the new £53 million campus which incorporates new, more advanced technology. NG Bailey was involved in the college’s redevelopment, providing Offsite Manufacture, Engineering and IT Services during the build phase.

Bigger, brighter, greener and more advanced than the previous building, the new college was designed to provide the very best resources for education, training, business and lifestyle.

Managing director of the Facilities Services division, Stuart Linington, said: “Being awarded this contract demonstrates our capabilities in the education arena and is an extension to our credentials in this area.

“NG Bailey’s ability to provide projects with integrated services ensures a seamless transition from the build cycle to the maintenance services and minimises disruption for the school and stakeholders.
